  Jay DePolo

  Agency Owner

  Jay has been a licensed insurance agent since 1995 where he started in his Father’s Insurance Agency. He has been an Allstate Representative for over a decade. Growing up in Knox County, he graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. With a strong attention to detail, Jay puts the emphasis on prioritizing customer service and protection. “Our agency is focused on helping customers protect themselves from life’s catastrophes and providing the best customer service available.” Jay studies the industry trends and he and his team are kept up to date and experienced on how to help the families they work with. Along with his wife, Lindsey, you can find Jay enjoying time on adventures with his three daughters, Megan, Ashlynn, and Josie. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jiujitsu black belt, Jay is also the co-founder of the local 501-3c non-profit, KiCKS (Knox County Kids Succeed). Jay and his team also enjoy assisting with Knox County's Giving Hope charitable organization. Active in the community, he is also the head coach of the girl's wrestling team at the Mount Vernon High School.

  Lindsey Depolo

  Operations Manager

  After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ohio State University, She spent over 10 years in the Wellness industry. Lindsey joined the team in May of 2018 making it a true “family business.” She loves getting to know customers while reviewing the policies and helping them better understand the protection they need at the best cost available. You will find Lindsey working closely with our team updating them on industry trends and helping them on best practices to assist customers. Also licensed in Life Insurance, helping protect customer’s families from the financial devastation that can come from the loss of a loved one is a top priority for her. Lindsey is an avid runner, and along with Jay, enjoys exploring the outdoors and going on adventures with their three daughters.

From education to retirement, it is his priority to help you to create a financial strategy to achieve the peace of mind that you deserve. Dewey has extensive experience in the financial industry. From working the floor in the Market to the executive level management, he has the experience and knowledge to assist with any financial needs. Also, the father of daughters, he loves spending time with his four grandkids and working on his farm.

  Licensed Agency Manager

  Having joined the insurance industry in 1985 and obtaining her Property and Casualty Insurance License, Pam has extensive insurance experience and knowledge. She has worked with commercial policies in the past, but customer service is where she finds the most enjoyment. In her years of customer service, Pam has obtained several industry designations including CISR and CPIA. Having joined the Our Agency in 2013, Pam found that she loves getting to know customers on an individual basis. She focuses on helping them have the coverage and protection they need while handling any of their customer service needs. Pam lives in the Apple Valley Lake community, where she and her husband enjoy weekends at the lake with friends. Pam is also an animal lover and likes spending time with her Shib-Inu, Joey.

  Jamie Tolliver

  Licensed Account Manager

  Jamie is an Account Manager and Customer Specialist: Jamie enjoys working with customers to assist with current policy changes and updates, payments, and billing questions. Having been in customer service for 23 years, she really enjoys helping people. This was her draw to the insurance industry. “Building relationships with customers to help them and their families’ so they are properly protected is the most important thing I do,” says Jamie. Jamie currently resides in Martinsburg, OH where she lives with her husband of four years. They have three sons, a daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys fishing, camping, kayaking, and long rides through the Ohio countryside.

  Sarah is one of our licensed property and casualty specialists. Sarah works diligently with each customer to help them better understand how to properly protect the things the matter most. She enjoys spending time getting to know customers so that she can help customize protection to their needs. Originally form the Johnstown, Ohio area, Sarah now lives in Mount Vernon with her husband and two cats. Along with spending time at home with her husband and cats, she also enjoys kayaking, boating, auto racing, and working in her yard.

  As a property and casualty specialist, Crystal prides herself on being genuine, connecting with customers and really understanding their needs. Licensed a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in 2017, Crystal has the knowledge and experience to “dive” into customer’s protection needs. A graduate of Northridge High School, Crystal has recently moved back to the local area. She is enjoying immersing herself in her hometown and reconnecting with old friends and her family. Spending time in the outdoors kayaking and fishing with her daughter are Crystal’s favorite past times. She also enjoys camping, music festivals, and cooking savory foods with friends and family.

  Micha, is a dedicated Associate Agent who joined the insurance industry in 2024. Micha finds true fulfillment in helping others, especially when it comes to finding workable solutions to challenges and helping people understand their insurance beyond just the monthly bill. A true lover of experiences, Micha has embraced adventure in unique ways—driving a tour bus for a concert series, playing and coaching roller derby, and taking countless road trips across the U.S. and Canada. Always eager to learn, Micha seeks out new skills and knowledge to challenge his thinking and grow as a person.
